What it does

A self-hosted device tracker for Android. Locate a lost phone, ring it, lock it, or wipe it — without giving Google your location history.

Replaces

Google Find My Device, Samsung Find My Mobile.

Login

Authentik SSO for the web UI. The Android app uses a per-device password you set when registering.

Install FMD (FindMyDevice) from F-Droid: https://f-droid.org/packages/de.nulide.findmydevice/.

Quick start

  1. Install the app → Custom server → https://fmd.deepinthesand.com.
  2. Register a device, set its password — save this password in Vaultwarden.
  3. From any browser, sign in and locate / ring / lock / wipe.
